I am a Ph.D. student at the Mathematical Institute of the University of Bonn and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn, and I am supported by a scholarship of the Deutsche Telekom Stiftung. My advisor is Wolfgang Lück.
My research revolves around all kinds of L²-invariants with motivation originating in geometric group theory and low-dimensional topology.
- The L²-torsion polytope of amenable groups
- The integral polytope group
- Alexander and Thurston norms, and the Bieri-Neumann-Strebel invariants for free-by-cyclic groups (joint work with Dawid Kielak), submitted for publication.
- The Grothendieck group of polytopes and norms (joint work with Jae Choon Cha and Stefan Friedl), Münster J. Math. 10 (2017), 75-81.
